Access to High-Quality Deal Flow: Annual dues fund BAI staff to actively source, review, and organize pitch submissions, coordinate screening sessions, and manage communications with founders. This streamlined process replaces the previous volunteer-driven model, resulting in higher deal volume and more efficient evaluations.
Streamlined Investment Process: BAI staff, supported by contract attorneys, manage all aspects of deal execution, including negotiating terms, structuring legal documents, obtaining member signatures, and overseeing fund collection and distribution.
Ongoing Portfolio Management: BAI staff and contracted attorneys maintain regular communication with portfolio companies, gather updates, distribute them to members, and manage follow-on fundraising rounds. They also negotiate and close follow-on investments to support continued growth.

Membership Expectations
Our Focus and Process
Meet the eligibility requirements, to participate as a qualified investor.
Invest a minimum of $20,000 annually across BRIDGE opportunities, while independently choosing which companies you want to invest in. Investments beyond the annual minimum are entirely optional.
Pay annual membership dues of $5,000, which support staffing, events, legal services, deal sourcing, and other shared organizational resources.
Contribute your experience and subject-matter expertise, helping strengthen the due diligence process used to evaluate potential investments.
Support founders and the local community, by offering mentorship, expertise, and connections that help businesses and individuals grow.
We review over 100 deals each year, conduct due diligence on roughly 40, and present 2–3 companies at each monthly member meeting. Our goal is to close 7–10 investments annually while providing feedback and mentorship throughout the process.
Our investment focus reflects member and expert knowledge, with current interest in biotechnology, consumer products, technology, digital marketing, education, healthcare, manufacturing, medical devices, AI/VR, and sports and entertainment.
We invest in both pre- and post-revenue companies, focusing on fair valuations, proof of concept, market opportunity, and a clear path toward venture-level returns.
Our members work collaboratively from screening through closing, guided by the Executive Committee and participating in presentations, due diligence, negotiations, and investments through a Bridge single-purpose LLC.
